My client is looking for a Property Consultant to join their team, based in Salisbury. The team offers a comprehensive suite of services to some of the UK's leading housing associations, banks, mortgage lenders and private investors.
With a tailored approach to each client, they manage the entire lifecycle of a vacant residential property, from pre-valuation through to completion of sale. The role will entail having your own case load, pro-actively managing those properties, including thorough pre-assessment, management of marketing, negotiating offers with the appointed estate agents to achieve the best possible sale price, and driving the sale through to exchange and completion, working with our conveyancing solicitors. This is an exciting and challenging role for which drive and initiative are essential.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Management of own case load of vacant residential properties to meet client requirements.
- Liaising with third parties such as Estate Agents, Clients, Solicitors and Surveyors, in a professional, respectful manner.
- Compile Marketing Reports for Clients which include strategic recommendations for market price and method of sale.
- Handle daily enquiries through email and phone calls.
- Undertake face-to-face meetings and conference calls.
In order to succeed within this role, candidates must be able to prioritise or organise their own tasks. You must be confident in building and maintaining strong working relationships with clients and third parties, be flexible and recognise key business interests. A professional approach is essential.
Candidates require a residential property background, excellent attention to detail and must be a good team player.
In return, you will be given a basic salary of circa £28,000 depending on experience, 25 Days Annual Leave, Life Assurance, Private Medical Scheme, Virtual GP, Global Mobility Scheme, Rewards Platform, and Company Pension Scheme.
Working hours: Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 17:00. Hybrid or flexible working considered.
