We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Recruiter to join our team on a freelance Commission only basis. Candidates will 50% of all placements they make. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and selecting top talent. This role requires strong relationship management skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both candidates and hiring managers. The Recruiter will utilise various tools and platforms, including ATS systems and social media, to enhance the recruitment process. Duties Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates. Business Development, the candidate will need to develop their own client base. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating offers. Utilise Applicant Tracking System Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on best practices in recruitment. Conduct lead generation activities to identify potential candidates through various channels, including social media management. Maintain a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and feedback throughout the recruitment cycle. Experience Proven experience in a recruitment role Experience in lead generation techniques and social media management for talent acquisition purposes. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail are essential for success in this role.
