About the Role
A leading SaaS technology company is seeking a Performance & Culture Business Partner to support its EMEA leadership team. This role will drive people-focused strategies, aligning performance management and company culture with business objectives. Operating as a strategic advisor, you will collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization to enhance employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Performance & Culture (P&C) team to foster a high-performance and engaged work environment.
- Provide strategic guidance on benefits, compensation, performance calibration, and organizational development.
- Work closely with legal and regional P&C teams to refine and implement policies.
- Build strong relationships with senior leaders, including the Chief People Officer, Finance, and assigned business units, to drive key people strategies.
- Oversee performance improvement initiatives and coaching strategies for people managers.
- Analyze HR data to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Contribute to global P&C programs, including recruitment, retention, benefits, and employee engagement.
- Conduct exit interviews and provide insights to leadership for retention and development strategies.
- Advise on talent development, promotion strategies, and employee relations matters within assigned teams.
Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role in a technology-driven environment.
- Strong ability to collaborate, communicate, and build relationships with leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Solid understanding of UK employment law and HR practices across Europe.
- Analytical mindset with experience utilizing HR metrics to inform business strategies.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, global organization with remote teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of HR experience and CIPD qualified, ideally in a high-growth or technology-driven company.
Preferred Experience:
- Previous experience in the software industry.
- Background working with globally distributed teams.
- Experience managing immigration processes in collaboration with external legal partners.
