Manage the end-to-end freight forwarding process, including quotations, bookings, and documentation. Collaborate with clients and suppliers to ensure timely and efficient transportation of goods. Handle customs clearance processes and ensure compliance with industry regulations. Resolve any operational issues that may arise throughout the shipping and logistics process. Maintain thorough records and documentation of shipments and correspondence. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, freight carriers, and other stakeholders.
