Team Administrative Assistant

We are recruiting a motivated and proactive Administrative Assistant to support a dynamic international finance team. Team player with a cooperative and easy to work with attitude.
\\n\\n
We are looking for a candidate with previous experience in finance (2 years +) to provide first class administrative and secretarial support to this dynamic and inspiring team.

Key skills:

- IT literate (Outlook, Excel, Word and Powerpoint)
- Able to prioritise and complete tasks autonomously
- Able to work to tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Accuracy and attention to detail

Key responsibility:

- Meet and greet visitors
- Diary management: able to manage several busy diaries across multiple time zones
- Meeting scheduling
- Travel coordination
- Expense reports
- CRM tool management
- Meeting and events organisation
