We currently have a vacancy to join our expanding team as our Mobile Caretaker. We are looking for an ambitious, self-motivated individual to work within a vibrant environment. The successful candidate will maintain the appearance and functionality of all our sites. They will maximise an effective and cost-efficient contribution to the overall business by helping us achieve maximum let ability of our vacant spaces. The role will look after our units and workspaces ensuring they are in premium condition for the daily operations of our many customers. This role is critical to grow the business whilst maintaining customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Undertaking general caretaking and cleaning duties including cleaning storage units ready for rent, litter picking and moving general waste. Some grounds maintenance tasks when required to include lawn mowing, hedge trimming and general upkeep. Completing general site audit and health and safety checks. Ensuring tools and equipment are maintained in a suitable condition. Maintain a high level of standards, ensuring a consistency and professionalism in the appearance of the site by reporting any issues in a timely manner. Key Skills and Attributes Experience in a similar role or completing similar tasks. Some experience of working to deadlines and prioritising workloads. Working knowledge of Health and Safety legislation. Practical experience in operating hand tools and light machinery. Good communication and customer care skills. This role will involve driving on company business. To drive a company vehicle, drivers must hold a full valid UK driving licence. WORKING HOURS 3-5 days per week and the successful candidate’s normal working hours will be between 24-40 to be agreed, generally working Monday through Friday, 9am – 5pm. WHY WORK WITH US?
