I am looking for an experienced Facilities Maintenance Coordinator to join a team of schedulers, who deal with planned and reactive maintenance requests. The team has grown and you will report to a service desk manager who will train and support your journey within this company. This is a company progressing and who offer oportunities for the right person. They are now expanding to support their clients in Europe as well as the UK. Your role will be to look after one of the high end accounts dealing with the scheduling of Engineers over multiple sites. This is an established company who have a great team dynamic. They are a warm and friendly medium / large sized company who are growing. Have you had previous experience within a Facilities/Maintenance Coordinator, or have you scheduled for Engineers before? If so, read on… This is a busy buzzy role where you will provide excellent service to your client account . You will liaise with lots of different end users from Senior Managers to Engineers and subcontractors and utilise your excellent account management and coordinating skills. Duties: • Reacting to facility issues or repair requests and raising jobs on the internal system. • Monitoring inboxes, updating portals • Coordinating Engineers appointments • Problem solving and working through queries • Working on planned and reactive maintenance requests • Checking progress and updating clients • Producing purchase orders closing calls • Preparing quotes We are looking for someone who has recently worked in a reactive or planned maintenance role who is used to coordinating Engineers and Subcontractors and ideally understands permits of work and risk assessments etc. Full time office based role, within their new serviced offices whre there is ample free parking
