We are on the hunt for an experienced Construction Estimator who has positive people skills combined with practical tendering expertise. This isn’t your typical estimating role - you’ll be part of our driven and successful team, delivering high-end specialist finishes across central London and helping to double our annual revenue as part of our growth plan.

Required Skills In Order of Importance:
- Tendering, take-offs and bill of quantities
- Attention to detail with both written specifications and technical drawings
- People skills and getting the best out of everyone you meet
- Customer service and relationship building
- Proficient at communicating by phone, email and in person
- Understanding of contractual obligations
- Technical understanding of how things are built

We’re best known for installing Clayworks, Forcrete and Baswa acoustic finishes. We have a team of 25+ full-time staff spread across the office and live projects - primarily in the UK but we also deliver projects abroad including the Middle East.
