Are you an ex-teacher who still feels they have plenty to give to the world of education? Have you considered the possibility of supply teaching? Whether you are available one day a week, 5 days a week, or anywhere in between, we would greatly appreciate your help! Simply Education are searching for teaching staff in order to support the increased demand for supply teachers across Kent. Schools have been hit hard over the past few years with the pandemic, coupled with teacher shortages and increased student numbers, meaning there is now a huge strain on schools, and they are finding it very difficult to cope. We are currently working on several long-term supply roles in a variety of different subjects, as well as receiving constant daily calls for on-the-day cover. As a supply teacher, all work for the day will be set for you, meaning there is no planning or marking involved what-so-ever. In some cases, you will be asked to provide general cover across a range of different subjects, and in some cases, we have subject-specific cover. We work with schools all across Kent, so wherever you are based, we will be able to find local work for you. The key benefits of working with Simply Education include: • Your own dedicated secondary school consultant. • Access to our unique Professional Learning Specialists who provide free CPD training. • A variety of daily and long-term positions to suit your needs. • 24/7 access to your dedicated consultant via phone. • Minimal administration (no timesheets). • Email and SMS verification of bookings. • Online diary of bookings – You pick when you want to work! • £175 refer-a-friend scheme. All candidates who register with Simply Education are required to provide references for the previous 2 years of work, as well as complete an enhanced DBS check. Due to COVID-19 regulations, any interviews we hold will be conducted over a Zoom call.
