We are currently looking for a motivated and experinced Mortgage Adivser to join our client's expanding team in the Dagenham area. They are a thriving, market-leading estate agency that offers its Mortgage Advisers comprehensive training, ongoing support, strong earning potential and a clear path to career progression. For this position they are ideally, our client is looking for someone who has a proven track record as a Mortgage Adviser, preferably with Estate Agency experience.

Working hours:
- Full-time
- Office-based role
The successful Mortgage Adviser will be offered:
- Base Salary package – £25,000 – £40,000
- OTE £50,000 – £100,000
- Uncapped commission, generous structure (15% – 50% of banked income)
- Additional commission after referrals to estate agency, lettings, conveyancing, and surveyors
- Quarterly Bonus
