We are currently looking for a motivated and experienced Mortgage Adviser to join our client's expanding team in the Dagenham area. For this position, our client is ideally looking for someone who has a proven track record as a Mortgage Adviser, preferably with Estate Agency experience. Working hours: Full-time, Office-based role

The successful Mortgage Adviser will be offered:

• Base Salary package - £25,000 - £40,000
• OTE £50,000 - £100,000
• Uncapped commission, generous structure (15% - 50% of banked income)
• Additional commission after referrals to estate agency, lettings, conveyancing, and surveyors

Key responsibilities as a Mortgage Adviser:

• Collaborate effectively with estate agency teams to promote mortgage and financial services
• Deliver the highest standard of customer advice and care
• Convert booked appointments into successful business outcomes
• Follow up on missed opportunities and maintain ongoing customer contact
• Ensure adherence to sales structures, compliance, and quality guidance
• Consistently achieve monthly sales targets
