Finance Director – Baller League Global Your tasks: ● You will focus on financial management and develop strategies to maximise Baller League’s financial stability and profitability as well as compliance with regulations. ● You will be responsible for setting up financial planning, analysis and reporting, as well as overseeing accounting and operational and ensuring compliance with regulations. ● You will interact with various internal and external stakeholders, including the CEO, investors and regulators, and provide financial insights forecasts and reports. ● Investments/Fundraising and financing strategies are also part of your area of responsibility. It is of great importance to evaluate investment opportunities and the development of financing strategies. ● You are responsible for setting up and optimizing corporate structures, including holding corporate structures and subsidiaries. ● You play a key role in communicating the company’s financial performance to external parties. What you bring with you: ● You have a passion for football and an understanding of the uniqueness of the Baller League. ● You impress with your confident demeanor and successfully advocate for financial topics in all activities. ● You have a degree in business administration, finance, accounting or a related field.
