We are currently recruiting for a temporary Concierge Supervisor to join a housing association in the West Midlands. This role is offering an opportunity to gain more experience in a reputable company and a friendly. Job title: Concierge Supervisor Location: Birmingham Hours: 35 hours 9-5 (Monday-Friday) Hourly rate: £21-£23ph via umbrella Contract type: Temporary Contract till March 2025 Responsibilities of a Concierge Supervisor are: Manage 8 members of staff over three schemes Deal with customer complaints Monitor money to make sure you are within the budget Ensure all staff are using relevant PPE and Equipment Successful Concierge Supervisor must have: Management or supervision experience within a Housing association role A full U.K Driving licence Ability to communicate Successfully Basic DBS Required We are also interested in receiving Email’s from Housing Management, Tenancy Supervisor, Concierge Supervisor.
