Senior Associate / Junior Partner – London – The National Law Firm are seeking an ambitious Senior Associate or Junior Partner to join its expanding London Banking & Finance Practice. The firm itself is continuing to expand London so this is an ample opportunity for personal progression.

Salary: Dependant on Experience

The Role

The successful candidate will:

• Independently manage a caseload while working closely with partners.
• Play a key role in business development, ideally bringing in new clients from their existing network.
• Delegate work and mentor junior team members, contributing to their training and career progression.
• Collaborate with other departments, including Corporate, Restructuring & Insolvency, and Property, as well as colleagues in the firm’s other offices.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years PQE with solid banking & finance
• Expertise in at least one specialist area of finance (e.g., real estate finance, structured finance, asset-based lending, trade/supply chain finance, financial regulation).
• Strong communication skills and ability to build client relationships.
• Passion for business development and team leadership.
