Main Responsibilities of the Membership Executive Take responsibility for the member life cycle including customer relationship management and customer service delivery. Membership renewals and engagement; payments, general queries, and answering and screening enquiries by telephone and email. Follow-up any membership referrals and leads, creating a seamless joining journey and onboarding experience for new members. Overseeing each stage of the member journey and supporting members with their professional progression through the promotion of their training and courses. Administration of member services and training courses e.g. face-to-face and online courses, qualifications, sourcing training venues, etc, utilising the CRM and LMS systems in line with their procedures and processes. Interact with learners, delegates and trainers/training providers on learning related activities. Updating CRM – using data from the CRM provide regular reports, on membership acquisition, engagement and retention. To provide ad hoc support as necessary from time to time. Essential Skills Proactive, a self-starter with b2b experience and excellent customer service skills. Excellent verbal / communication skills, internally and externally. Excellent telephone and people skills. Organisational skills: Able to prioritise own workload and meet tight deadlines. Accuracy and attention to detail.
