Our client is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Bid & Data Manager to join their growing team. This role is critical in managing tender submissions, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and driving data-driven decision-making through robust reporting and CRM management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all tenders, acting as the primary point of control for procurement portals.
- Review tender documents and create detailed overviews to advise on bid/no-bid decisions.
- Draft tender submissions and calculations for high-profile clients within the solar PPA sector.
- Use procurement portals to identify new tender opportunities within the relevant industries & according to specific criteria.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Business Development (BD) teams to create a new Sales download pack from the CRM.
- Compile and present the monthly BD management report pack for review.
- Collect and analyse weekly forecast data for BD pipeline activities, ensuring accurate reporting and strategic planning.
- Design a pipeline report document that compares monthly performance metrics and highlights trends not available in standard CRM reports.
- Improve and update CRM reports to support the BD team’s objectives.
- Partner with the marketing team to provide data support for various projects.
- Analyse data from external sources and collaborate with stakeholders to optimize sales and project processes.
- Offer data analysis and reporting services to the BD team, including refining marketing lists and evaluating campaign performance.
- Prepare Heads of Terms (HoTs) and other financial documents as needed.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bid management, data analysis and CRM systems and will have the ability to work collaboratively across departments. We would also welcome applications from graduates with a year of relevant industry experience. You will be proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable, with a strong ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
