This global consumer organisation is undergoing significant transformation and is looking for an experienced Change Lead to support one of the programmes. Reporting to the Head of Change Management, you will be responsible for partnering with the CIO and technology function as they implement a new Target Operating Model.

As the successful applicant, you will demonstrate:

  • Experience leading change management for complex global programmes.
  • Experience leading Change Management for programmes involving operating model change, and have partnered with tech functions going through change.
  • Background in complex global organisations with matrix structures.
  • Ideally a background in top tier management consultancies combined with client side engagements with blue chip organisations.
  • Delivery focused and able to deal with high levels of ambiguity.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship building skills.
