Client Information We are a working with a growing main contractor based in Solihull, delivering high-quality construction projects across the Midlands. Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit a Document Controller to join their head office team and support project delivery. Document Controller Roles and Responsibilities * Manage and maintain the document control system for all live and archived project documentation. * Ensure that all documents are correctly filed, up to date, and distributed to relevant teams and stakeholders. * Support the project and site teams with document uploads, transmittals, and version control. Document Controller Requirements * Previous experience in a similar Document Controller role, ideally within construction or engineering. * Strong knowledge of document management systems (such as Viewpoint, Asite, Aconex, or similar). * Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
