Job Description We’re recruiting for aFinancial Crime Data Insights Analyst to join us. We’re offering acompetitive base salary and good benefits package. What you’ll be doing: Collecting and consolidating reporting information to create high-quality, accurate standard reports Performing analytical and information review tasks to ensure data used for reporting is accurate and up-to-date Generating and distributing financial crime reports, ensuring accurate data and commentary are provided to governance fora and regulatory bodies Monitoring data accuracy and reporting quality, and addressing data quality issues Collaborating with colleagues to improve data quality and accuracy in reports to boards, committees, and external authorities Establishing and maintaining an effective filing structure for Financial Crime information and materials Developing an understanding of commercial and market constraints to enhance the team’s reporting output Ensuring customer financial crime risks are considered and integrated into policies to protect assets and ensure good customer outcomes Qualifications Who we’re looking for: ICA Financial Crime Certificate or equivalent experience Good knowledge of insurance, investment management, and retirement products/sectors Understanding of UK and non-UK regulatory and legislative financial crime frameworks Familiarity with key financial crime risks and anti-financial crime controls within the sectors L&G operates Strong written and verbal communication skills for delivering management information and presentations High attention to detail and ability to work effectively both individually and within a team Ability to maintain effective relationships with management and external parties Strong data analytical skills and experience in producing reports and management information Experience in analysing large datasets to extract meaningful insights Ability to create clear and informative data visualisations using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar Whatever your role, we reward performance and behaviour with a package that looks after all the things that are important to you.
