Part Time 3 days a week Tunbridge Wells TN Recruits are delighted to be working in partnership with an exceptional client based in the heart of Tunbridge Wells, to grow their team with a new Property Marketing Coordinator – Part Time. Ideally, we are looking for a candidate to join the team based on 3 days a week. The role will be the first point of contact for all incoming telephone and internet enquiries received, to include viewing requests, valuation enquiries, and buyer registrations. You will also provide administrative support and assistance where required to aid with launching a property to market as well as other general administrative office duties as required. The successful candidate must have: Exceptional customer service experience. The ideal candidate will be used to working in a busy environment and able to adapt and keep up, while remaining calm and steady. A sunny disposition is essential! An outstanding telephone manner is imperative, along with a very can-do, positive attitude. This is a small team, so flexibility is key along with enthusiasm and a genuine passion to provide a great, memorable service. Experience in a client facing capacity is important as well as confidence in handling emotive and sometimes challenging calls. Location: Tunbridge Wells Hours: 3 Days a week
