AC & Ventilation Project Manager

Mechanical Project Manager – AC & Ventilation We are working with a growing mechanical contractor that is looking for a Mechanical Project Manager to help manage their expanding workload. This small-to-medium-sized contractor currently has 14 active projects, focusing mainly on air conditioning, ventilation, and air source heat pumps, with project values ranging from £140K to £1.8M. With a great client base and strong industry relationships, they pride themselves on working with reputable clients and fostering a positive working environment. Role Overview: * Managing multiple AC, ventilation, and air source heat pump projects across London. * Overseeing project delivery from start to finish, ensuring quality, timelines, and budgets are met. * Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain strong relationships. * Attending site meetings and ensuring smooth coordination across projects. Requirements: * Proven experience in AC and/or ventilation project management. * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems. * Excellent communication and organisational skills.
