A market leading waste management company is looking for a Senior Site Chemist to oversee waste reception, compliance, and process improvements while supporting and training junior chemists. Key Responsibilities: Ensure site is operating compliantly inline with site permit. Supervise reception, sorting and handling of incoming waste. Adhere to and enforce HSE regulations site wide. Contribute to the training and development of existing and junior site chemists. About You: A minimum of a BSc in Chemistry or equivalent experience. Strong knowledge and experience of the waste management industry. Ability to make a impact on process improvement and development of junior chemists. Strong communication and leadership skills.
