This independent kitchen business has been working within the kitchen marketplace for over 30 years and are currently recruiting an experienced Kitchen Designer to work out of their showroom in Leamington Spa which is currently being refurbished. They sell high-end German kitchens and you will be responsible for confidently visiting customers homes, listening to their ideas, designing their dream kitchen and following the whole process through to completion (the ordering and scheduling will be handled by a different team). Skills and Experience expected from the Kitchen Designer: Strong design and sales background within the independent kitchen marketplace Experience gained in kitchen design and sales, ideally German products Able to work to deadlines and targets A natural flair for design, presentation and customer service Good IT skills and CAD literate (they use Compusoft Winner and EQ) Full driving licence essential On offer is a basic salary of between £28k and £34k plus pension, laptop, mobile phone, travel expenses and an excellent commission structure.
