Performance Marketing Manager – Paid Search | Remote | £50,000 – £60,000 + bonus My client, a leading marketplace platform, is looking for a Paid Search Performance Marketing Manager to join them on a full-time permanent basis. You will be collaborating closely with the Marketing team and taking ownership of paid search strategies across various platforms. Role and responsibilities: Plan and optimize paid search campaigns across Google, Microsoft and Bing Ads Oversee all campaign budgets, identify areas of growth Track performance metrics Explore new tools and strategies to maintain a competitive advantage Deliver regular performance updates Build strong internal relationships, ensue positive ongoing relationships Experience and expertise: 5+ years’ experience within a paid search performance marketing role Ideally experience within the retail, e-commerce of advertising industry Key budget management skills, managing budgets more than £200,000 per month Strong knowledge of Google, Microsoft and Bing Ads Good understanding of SEO and PPC Package: £50,0000 – £60,000 + bonus Pension scheme – up to 9% employer contribution Private healthcare insurance 25 days holiday increasing with service
