We are supporting a growing software company to hire a Business Support Coordinator on a full time permanent basis. This role is based in the Worthing office and will be 3 days per week onsite.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the new sales team with all documentation
  • Sending out contracts
  • Reviewing current processes, procedures and ways of documentation and scheduling reoccurring reviews

Key Skills:

  • Experience within a PA/Office Admin function
  • Previous experience using a CRM system
  • Ability to build strong relationships
