Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) looking to make a positive impact in a thriving primary school? We are seeking a motivated individual to join our fantastic team in Telford, where you will play a key role in inspiring and supporting young learners. This role is for September, but our school will take on the right person ASAP if successful.

The Role: As a HLTA, you will:

• Deliver high-quality learning activities to groups of children or whole classes in the absence of the class teacher.
• Support the planning and delivery of engaging and inclusive lessons.
• Work collaboratively with teaching staff to provide tailored interventions and support for individual pupils.
• Assist in monitoring and assessing pupils' progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents where appropriate.
• Promote a positive and stimulating learning environment.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• HLTA status or equivalent qualifications.
• Proven experience working with primary school-aged children.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• A passion for education and a commitment to helping children succeed.
• The ability to work flexibly and adapt to a dynamic school environment.
