Location: Camberley, Surrey

Salary: Generous basic salary with commission up to 35% with no caps or thresholds

Owen Daniels is a leading STEM recruitment group with the head office in Surrey and offices in Cheltenham and Birmingham. Founded in 2011, we specialise in providing bespoke recruitment solutions to businesses across the UK. Due to continued success and growth, we are looking to expand our recruitment team in Camberley.

We are seeking an ambitious and motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our team. You will be responsible for working within the Engineering & Manufacturing sector, growing and developing relationships with customers and sourcing suitable candidates for vacancies.

Your job is to support the business by sourcing talent for a variety of positions for a range of different customers across the UK. The primary responsibility of your position will be to provide our services to businesses and candidates across the UK, negotiating terms of business, securing long term partnerships and sourcing the best talent for our clients.

Skills Aptitude:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Duties:

  • Build, maintain and grow long term relationships with clients and candidates to ensure delivery of a streamlined service
  • Building a strong rapport with candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Act as an ambassador through interaction with any clients and candidates
  • Provide an excellent customer/candidate relationship experience
  • To support the resourcing team with expertise in best candidate attraction methods

  • Flexible/Hybrid working – 3 days in the office / 2 days working from home
