  • Collaborating with participants through diagnostic assessments to identify barriers and create action plans that shift mindsets and identify the steps needed to secure meaningful employment.

  • Meeting and exceeding performance targets by continuously improving strategies and seeking input to deliver the best outcomes for participants and the wider community

  • Understanding and signposting participants to internal and external services that address needs such as debt management, mental health, and career coaching

  • Ensuring that participants have well-crafted, professional CVs, tailored supporting statements, and cover letters to help support with job searches

  • Preparing participants for interviews by conducting mock interviews and assessment activities, and helping them build confidence in their abilities.

  • Maintaining accurate electronic participant records that reflect the broad spectrum of support offered, from coaching through to employment placement, within the required timescales and to the required standards

  • Experience working in fast-paced environments

  • The ability to motivate, inspire, and challenge participants to achieve their fullest potential

  • Strong experience in delivering against and exceeding performance targets and engaging participants in personal growth and mindset transformation driving positive change

  • Exceptional communication skills-inspire and influence participants while addressing their diverse needs with flexibility, robustness and creativity, as well as contacting employers and other external stakeholders to identify opportunities for participants

  • Flexible and creative in solving complex challenges

  • High-level digital literacy

  • Excellent organisational skills-able to manage a varied caseload and deliver exceptional support while juggling multiple priorities
