Days of Working: Monday to Friday

Shift Pattern: Monday to Thursday 07:00am to 15:00pm Friday 07:00am to 12:00pm

As a Waste Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that all external waste recycling points are serviced regularly and kept tidy and litter-free. This role involves correctly segregating and storing waste in a compliant manner, ensuring all legislative documentation is completed correctly, and completing regular waste compliance checks throughout the waste compound and site. You will also maintain OCS and site equipment by liaising with rental suppliers.

As part of your role, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • All external waste recycling points are serviced regularly.

  • Ensure all external waste recycling points are tidy and litter free.

  • Waste is correctly segregated and stored in a compliant manner.

  • Ensuring all legislative documentation is completed correctly.

  • Completing regular waste compliance checks throughout the waste compound and site.

  • Maintaining OCS and site equipment by liaising with rental suppliers.

  • Must have Right to Work in the UK

  • A full valid driving license is essential – use of an OCS flatbed truck (3.5T).

  • Current/valid Forklift counterbalance licence

  • Be flexible to cover other JLR waste sites as required

  • Be competent with the use of computers and IT skills

  • Need to have experience in ADR and hazardous waste streams
