Our well established and reputable client is seeking a Machine Service Engineer to join their team of experienced engineers. Based from their workshop in the Hersham area, the role will include the following duties:
- Travel around London and the South East to customer locations
- Servicing and repairing machines on site
- Installation of Machines
- Performing pressure system examinations
- Helping customers with calibration of the equipment
- Refurbishing and testing machines in the workshop
Every 3rd or 4th weekend, you would be on call from home (approx. 1 call out every weekend). The following Monday and Tuesday will be given as paid time off in lieu whether you are called out or not.
No experience necessary but ideal candidates should have some mechanical and electrical experience. You will have a willingness to learn, a can do attitude and be self motivated. There will be some heavy lifting of larger machines. There will always be another person to assist. Max 60Kg between 2 people.
FULL UK DRIVING LICENCE ESSENTIAL
£30,000 - £42,000 P.A. depending on experience. Company van, mobile phone, 28 days holiday.
