Recruitment Associate Director – Data & Engineering – Executive Search – £70-90k Base Please note we have already received a high number of applications; however less than 20% have recent relevant experience. This is a warm desk, their previous top biller has carved out a clear route to market across Engineering and Data. I am looking for proven performers to deliver on retained searches whilst also expanding existing accounts. They have a very strong leader focusing on Product – and are looking to emulate this across Data & Engineering, interestingly 60% of their work comes from within their internal network from work passed on. What’s the Role? Focus on working with venture capital, private equity, and growth equity clients, alongside some corporate tech clients. Deliver searches from mid-level to senior roles, typically Heads of, VPs, and leadership roles across Tech, Engineering, and Data. Mix of retained search and project-based work, with average fees ranging between £30k and £60k. Build and expand client relationships, focusing on new business in tech, data, and engineering sectors.
