The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
Rather than being tied to a desk all day, as an EBDM you will have the freedom to get out of the office and meet with our broker community. You will be given a sales region of Midlands and North and a database of broker partners to work with.
You will report into the Managing Director (Sales) and form a tight knit team, focused on Bridging and Refurbishment.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Go through deal enquiries directly with introducers. Think through how to structure complex cases so they fit within the credit policy.
Plan and maintain a strategic diary of appointments to develop credible and trust-based relationships with introducer base.
Actively seek and grow new sources of business from inbound enquiry, requests for broker registration, existing contracts, industry journals and elsewhere.
Maximise bridging & BTL sales from introducer base by building relationships, identifying competitive advantage and other opportunities such as product innovation.
Achieve agreed quarterly & annual targets for each lending division set out and agreed with the Managing Director (sales).
Attend and present at exhibitions, workshops, seminars, and other opportunities as required
Account Management
Develop and maintain a detailed understanding of products and service.
Develop and maintain a detailed understanding of competitors and competitive advantages.
Reporting
Record all contacts and details of meetings on the company s CRM system
Reporting as required on progress.
General
Any matters required to be done to assist in the achievement of the company s budget and business development plans.
Bridging & Property BDM background preferred however will consider other BDM backgrounds within the financial services sector such as Buy to Lets, Development and Commercial.
Minimum 3 years experience.
Ability to communicate on different levels, both verbally and in writing. Also confident presenting in front of small and large audiences.
