Insurance Claims Specialist – Third-Party Motor & Property Damage 📍 Location: Bolton (Outskirts) 🕒 Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent | Hours: Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM (Flexible Working Available) 💰 Salary: From £23,500 (DOE) Are you an experienced claims handler looking for your next challenge? We’re seeking a Senior Claims Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll manage third-party motor and property damage claims, working on complex liability cases and high-value disputes. What You’ll Do: ✔️ Manage a caseload of Third-Party Vehicle & Property Damage claims. ✔️ Conduct thorough investigations into liability disputes. ✔️ Liaise with solicitors, insurers, and accident management companies. ✔️ Identify and report fraudulent activity. ✔️ Deliver outstanding customer service. What You Need: 🔹 At least 2 years’ experience in motor claims handling. 🔹 Strong communication and negotiation skills. 🔹 Ability to manage multiple claims with great attention to detail. 🔹 CII Certificate (or willingness to work towards it – we’ll support you!). 🔹 GCSE Grade C or above (or equivalent) in English & Maths.
