Role ResponsibilitiesClient Leadership & Advisory

  • Oversee a portfolio of high-value corporate clients, providing expert tax compliance and advisory services
  • Act as a trusted adviser, building long-term relationships and ensuring a seamless client experience
  • Provide strategic tax planning and advisory services, helping clients navigate complex tax issues

Team Management & Development

  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of tax professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development
  • Share expertise and provide technical guidance to junior and senior colleagues
  • Support the recruitment and training of new team members

Collaboration & Strategic Growth

  • Work closely with colleagues across departments to identify tax-related opportunities and risks for clients
  • Contribute to business development initiatives, assisting in client pitches and firm-wide growth strategies
  • Play a key role in shaping and implementing the firm’s corporate tax strategy

Candidate Requirements

  • Strong technical knowledge of UK corporate tax law and regulations
  • Extensive experience in corporate tax compliance, with the ability to manage multiple complex assignments
  • Ability to provide comprehensive tax advice on transfer pricing, R&D tax relief, group reorganisations, and patent box
  • Excellent client relationship management skills
  • Proven leadership experience, with the ability to lead and develop a high-performing team
  • A proactive and results-driven approach
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Qualified CTA, ATT, ACA, or ACCA
