TSA Surveying are currently working in partnership with a prominent building consultancy looking to add a Stock Condition Surveyor to their team based in Burton on Trent.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Carry out stock condition surveys on social housing properties including kitchens, bathrooms and HHSRS.
  • Identify defects, wear and tear, and potential hazards.
  • Assessing the remaining lifespan of key components, such as kitchens and bathrooms.
  • RDSAP assessments.

About the Role:

  • Immediate start!
  • Surveys are carried out on asset management software – tablet devices will be provided.
  • Carry out 6-10 completed surveys per day.
  • Induction provided – to use the software.
  • 2,500 surveys to complete.
  • Outside IR 35.
