Lifeguard / Leisure Assistant – Fulwood, Preston Hours: Flexible, including evenings and weekends About the Role We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Leisure Attendants to join our dynamic team at Swim Central. As a Leisure Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our leisure facilities are safe, clean, and welcoming for all guests. Your primary responsibilities will include supervising activities, providing excellent customer service, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring the overall smooth operation of the facilities. Key Responsibilities Customer Service: Provide a friendly and efficient service to all visitors, answering queries, providing information about facilities and services, and ensuring a positive experience. Facility Supervision: Monitor the use of the leisure facilities which including a swimming pools, ensuring and the safety and well-being of all users. Health and Safety: Enforce facility rules and regulations, conduct regular safety checks, and respond promptly to any incidents or emergencies, providing first aid when necessary. Cleaning and Maintenance: Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the facilities, including changing rooms, showers, and equipment. Report any maintenance issues promptly. Activity Support: Assist with the setup and organization of activities, classes, and events, ensuring that equipment is prepared and participants are guided appropriately. Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure the efficient operation of the leisure centre, supporting each other as needed and contributing to a positive team environment.
