Salary: Up to £29,720 - 37,852.80 p.a (£13.25 - £17.16 P/hr) based on an average of 42 hours per week.

The Role:
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to deliver personalized care for young people aged 16-25 with learning disabilities.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of residents through ongoing assessment, planning, and reviews.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to staff, fostering a culture of excellence in care delivery.
- Support staff and residents in achieving their full potential.
- Work closely with the management team to maintain high standards of service delivery.
Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Level 2 Adult Care or Health and Social Care equivalent.
- Level 2 Team Leader or a management qualification, or the willingness to obtain one post-appointment.
- Experience working with learning disabilities, driven by a genuine desire to make a difference.
- Leadership qualities, with a positive outlook and a knack for motivating teams.
- Ability to remain composed under pressure and effectively manage emotional and behavioural challenges.
- Flexibility to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
