Our client is comprised of a dedicated team of finance professionals, each with extensive experience in real estate lending and investment. They offer access to a range of alternative investment opportunities, tailored to meet the needs of high-net-worth investors. Their carefully chosen investment solutions are designed to cater to every individual investor, from those seeking fixed income streams to those interested in portfolio diversification and/or long-term growth.
Essentially you will be consulting investors that are looking to diversify their portfolio and gain a return on their investment, by them investing into the property developer directly, in order to aid the build that is under construction. Property developers raise funding through a combination of commercial (bank) loans, developers’ equity, and private investments. Our client's focus is on the private investors element of the funding.
