Electrical Mate

As an Electrical Mate, you will support electricians on-site with various electrical tasks. This includes assisting with installations, cable running, circuit wiring, equipment setup, and general electrical duties on a commercial construction site. You will be expected to follow health and safety regulations, maintain a clean work environment, and provide assistance wherever needed. Key Responsibilities: * Assist electricians with electrical installations and maintenance tasks. * Help with the installation of wiring, outlets, and other electrical systems. * Manage and handle electrical materials and tools. * Ensure all work is done to code and meets safety standards. * Follow instructions from the site supervisor and electricians. * Perform general site cleanup and ensure the work area is organized. * Adhere to all safety guidelines and practices on the job site. Requirements: * Valid ECS card * Previous experience as an Electrical Mate or in a similar trade role. * A strong understanding of electrical systems and construction site safety. * Basic knowledge of tools and materials used in electrical work. * Ability to work well as part of a team. * Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
