We are currently seeking a talented and passionate Property Photographer to join their team. If you have a flair for creativity, a keen eye for detail, and a strong understanding of social media, we want to hear from you.
Position Overview: As a Property Photographer, you will be responsible for all aspects of digital marketing and videography for new properties the company has been instructed to sell and let. You will be covering multiple locations including West Bridgford, Keyworth, Ashby-de-le-Zouch and Wolverhampton.
Responsibilities:
- Creating high-quality photography to support social media content across various platforms.
- Collaborating with the Management Team to produce engaging videos for both paid and organic social media campaigns.
- Supporting all departments in driving photography and videography across email, digital, content, and our website.
- Developing creative and captivating photo and video content that aligns with our brand guidelines for social media channels.
- Managing all elements of live and filmed videography, including production, lighting, set building, shooting, audio, and editing.
- Conducting a test and learn approach to identify content that drives key performance indicators (KPIs) on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Providing a comprehensive suite of images, videos, and GIFs to support paid social media activities.
- Coordinating social media timelines with upcoming events, listings, ad campaigns, or other brand messages.
- Regularly communicating with the Management Team to ensure alignment between social media photography and videography activities and overall media messaging.
- Coordinating the distribution of produced content through social media content management tools.
- Monitoring industry developments and competitor activities within the social media landscape, reporting relevant news to the Management Team.
- Acting as an advocate for the company, the brand, and our customers through the strategic use of social media.

- Proficiency in photography and videography editing tools such as Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.
- Versatility in shooting within various parameters required for optimized content per social media channel (e.g., vertical video, square video, Facebook Lives, lifestyle flatlays, etc.).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to adapt visual styles to meet audience requirements.
- Working knowledge of the social media landscape, including trends, new technologies, and restrictions.
- Experience in graphic design and content creation for social media.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to rapid change.
- Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills.
