Expected Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

Proven success in ecommerce trading and digital marketing within an SME retailer, ideally in the fashion industry.
Expertise in digital performance marketing (Google Ads, Meta), SEO, affiliate marketing, and website development.
Hands-on experience with Shopify Plus, Google Analytics, Klaviyo, and Sweet Analytics.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to inform decisions and identify new opportunities.
Confidence in managing budgets, forecasting, and setting measurable performance targets based on key ecommerce metrics.
