Packing Operative

Tennial Personnel are seeking a detail-oriented Packing Operative to join our growing client’s team based in Earl Soham. This is a temporary-to-permanent position after a successful 12-week probation period. You will be working Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Our client ships thousands of printed and decorated items daily, ranging from bagged orders of single garments to full pallets. This fast-paced role requires a high level of efficiency and attention to detail, as packing and dispatch is the final opportunity for quality control checks before items are sent out. The role involves handling and folding garments quickly and consistently, ensuring each item meets the required quality standard.
