For Companies This is a great opportunity for a Junior CAD Technician with experience in the mechanical and electrical aspects of the construction and building services industry. Experience of design packages is a requirement. FULL TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED.
The successful candidate will be working as part of a team, producing single service drawings, incorporating model changes, and performing co-ordination tasks whilst assisting in the overall project delivery. You will be under the supervision of a senior team member.
Responsibilities:
- Producing coordinated modelled solutions for elementary areas.
- The production of SSDs and end sheets from the 3D modelled environment.
- Incorporating changes to the co-ordinated 3D services model.
- Preparation and updating of 2D drawings.
- Incorporating drawing comments in both 2D and 3D.
- Applying BIM data to the model.
- Raising technical queries and liaising with clients and design team members.
