AIR EXPORT OPERATOR

Minimum 4 years’ operations experience in the Logistics/Freight Forwarding industry. •It will be highly beneficial if the candidate has worked with dangerous goods previously. •The candidate must have a good understanding of all modes of transport air, sea and road •Airfreight export experience is essential. RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES Arranging collections and/or deliveries Preparing export documentation and customs entries Liaising with airlines, haulers, overseas agents and warehouses Dealing with overseas offices and agents Customer Services Updating customers on their shipments Maintaining Existing Business and clients Providing clients with solutions for their logistics requirements Monitoring and tracking Invoicing clients
