£80,000 per annum (pro-rated for part time) Excellent benefits Full remote working (one day per quarter in London) Our client is on the hunt for a Compliance Consultant to assist financial sector clients understand their regulatory obligations, to research and write updates on new compliance requirements, and to ensure their team of regulatory reporters are on top of current rules. Knowledge and experience of working with financial regulations is required, and since the client assists firms in UK, US & Europe any exposure to those jurisdictions will be beneficial. Must have experience in regulatory reporting requirements for investment firms such as AIFMD, IFPR in UK/ Europe and/ or US SEC reporting. CLIENT CONSULTANCY Candidates must be confident discussing regulatory compliance issues with fund manager and fund service provider clients, as well as addressing queries they may raise by phone or email. Relevant regulators include but are not limited to the UK FCA, Central Bank of Ireland, Luxembourg CSSF, and United States SEC & NFA.
