Your Future Team: Marine Project Manager – Programme Euston
Join a high-profile infrastructure programme delivering future submarine docking capability. As Marine Project Manager, you will be responsible for offshore project delivery, ensuring successful execution within a complex defence environment. You will lead and support teams, manage interdependent projects, and drive programme outputs while maintaining military capability.
We seek a results-driven professional with strong programme and project management expertise, capable of delivering at pace in a challenging infrastructure setting.
Your Missions
- Lead the planning, delivery & commissioning of marine projects, ensuring they meet quality, cost & time objectives.
- Manage contracts, budgets & risks while building strong supplier & stakeholder relationships.

What You Need
- Essential: SC Clearance & ability to work on Base min. 3 days/week
- Hands-on consultancy and/or construction background
- Experience in marine infrastructure projects
- Strong commercial awareness & ability to challenge CE’s
- Hands-on experience with NEC4 contracts & stakeholder management
- IT proficiency
Desirable:
- Experience managing projects in live operational/marine environments
- Collaborative working experience
- Flexibility to adapt to fast-changing needs
- Primavera P6 & CEMAR knowledge
Qualifications & Experience
Essential:
- NEC4 experience
- 10+ years delivery experience (5+ in management)
- Project delivery within a marine environment
Desirable:
- Membership of a relevant professional body
- Marine-specific background (not general civils)
- NEC PM accreditation or formal training
