Job Description
Part 2 Architectural Assistant
Reference: KDHAR9879
Location: Harrogate
Salary: £27-29,000 DOE
Our client is seeking a talented and motivated Part?2 Architectural Assistant to join their growing, design-led practice. With an exciting pipeline of work and a particularly busy period anticipated in the industrial and commercial sectors, they are looking for someone with strong Revit skills who can hit the ground running and contribute across all project stages. While the role is based out of the Harrogate studio, there are flexible working options available, including the opportunity to work remotely or from a Leeds location for part of the week following a successful probation period.

Daily Duties
- Develop detailed Revit models and produce technical drawings across RIBA stages
- Assist with design development, concept presentations, and visual materials
- Help compile planning, tender, and construction packages
- Coordinate design information with consultants, contractors, and internal teams
- Conduct and assist with site visits, surveys, and reporting tasks
- Maintain project documentation and support overall delivery
Ideal Candidate
- Part?2 qualified with demonstrable UK practice experience as a Part 1
- Strong Revit skills with the ability to produce detailed technical packages
- Good knowledge of UK Building Regulations and RIBA work stages
- Confident communicator with excellent organisational skills
- Proactive, enthusiastic, and keen to grow professionally
- Interest in industrial and commercial architecture is a strong advantage
