Site Manager Required York Area Start Date – WE 21/07 or 28/07 – TBC Principle Contractor Our Client is a expanding Principle Contractor who are looking for a experienced Site Manager for a new project in the York Area coming on line in the near future. What are they looking for? * Good all round knowledge of construction from civils, internal fit out to M&E etc. * Bring able to read & understand drawings and depict relevant information. * Great communication skills liaising with clients staffing * Worked on live sites previously * Keen eye for detail & finishes. * Experience in leisure would be advantagous. I.e Spa, Gym, Bar, Cafe etc… * Trade background would be great – Pref Joinery * Must have CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid * Computer literate; emails, reporting, programming etc…. References Required.
