Criminal Billing Clerk/Legal Cashier

Sue Ross Recruitment are working with a niche law firm specialising in Crime, as well as Personal Injury, Clinical Negligence, and Immigration, who are seeking a Criminal Billing Clerk and Legal Cashier on a permanent basis. This position is ideal for candidates with a strong legal and financial administration background, offering a dynamic opportunity to contribute to a specialised legal practice. Key Responsibilities include: * Criminal billing and daily banking tasks, including reconciliations. * Processing client and office accounting transactions. * Preparing cheques, bank transfers, and managing the purchase ledger. * Handling VAT returns and assisting with annual accounts preparation. Understanding of the Solicitors Accounts Rules is essential, and candidates must be familiar with Xero (or similar) and Criminal work.
