Plumber - Social Housing

Ref: 0009 9A6C / 1 Location: Barnsley Hours: Monday to Friday 8am-4pm Pay: £18.00ph paid weekly via umbrella Duration: Ongoing Contract – Long Term/Temp to Perm Duties To carry out all aspects of plumbing work on maintenance, repairs and Construction projects to Council dwellings, schools and public buildings. To install central heating systems, solid fuel boilers, sink units, water closets, baths, showers and wash basin To renew external gutters, fall pipes and soil stacks where necessary To renew and repair external water services and stop cocks Carry out adaptations works Qualifications & Experience Previous works in Social Housing NVQ level 2 in plumbing as a minimum CSCS Card Full UK drivers license Successful applicants will be subject to a DBS prior to starting
