An excellent opportunity awaits an ambitious Associate to join a global firm within its highly ranked Real Estate team in London. The team advises on the full lifecycle of property assets, from high-value acquisitions and complex developments to real estate finance and leasing. They act for a diverse client base, including institutional investors, developers, sovereign wealth funds, and major corporates. Renowned for their work on landmark projects and strategic cross-border transactions, the team offers integrated, commercially focused advice across investment, planning, construction, and asset management.

Experience required:

\\n\\n

\\n\\t
• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales

\\n\\t

• Minimum of 4 years' PQE

\\n\\t

• Significant post-qualification experience in transactional real estate, operating at mid-senior associate level

\\n\\t

• Extensive experience across real estate development, investment, acquisitions, and disposals

\\n\\t

• Strong client relationship and business development skills;

\\n\\t

• Ability to provide practical, clear advice.

\\n\\t

• Excellent communication skills.

\\n\\t

• Excellent academic achievement with a minimum 2:1 degree

\\n\\t

• Highly motivated and enthusiastic.
